About the Project:
I created this recipe from scratch before Christmas 2017 when my family and I became gluten free at home. So, this recipe is not only a very tasty breakfast pastry, but it's also gluten free, and actually vegan too because I decided to use a flax egg instead of a real egg. So, anyone who has to have a gluten free diet or is allergic to eggs can eat this, and it's more delicious than scones made with wheat flour and eggs!
